Coaching assists clients who are experiencing a specific problem or difficulty and they need clear feedback or help with. Some of these issues may be natural family planning, increasing fertility, breastfeeding feedback, birth planning, to just name a few. Coaching is short term whereas therapy is longer and more in depth.
I am so pleased to be able to offer virtual sessions to my clients. Sessions are done by a HIPAA compliant video in lieu of in person sessions. Clients find this set up is convenient due to scheduling conflicts, kiddos being sick, and just not enough time in the day to drive to an office appointment.
I am currently licensed in Missouri and as telehealth provider in the state of Florida. (FL telehealth provider information can be found here: https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/)
This is a great question! Due to past experiences with insurance companies hindering my ability to ethically treat my clients I do not take insurance at this time. I do offer a few reduced fee sessions for clients who cannot pay the full session fee.
Each session is 50 minutes and the fee is $125. I do offer a reduced rate for some clients. A reduced fee can be discussed during the initial consultation call.
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation before scheduling an appointment. I like to have an initial conversation with my potential clients to better understand their struggles and to answer any questions they may have.
If you would like to set up a free consultation you can fill out the contact form, call, or send an email.
