Individual Therapy for women consist of meeting clients on a weekly basis or as needed. The weekly sessions help to explore difficulties, express concerns, and gain insight.  Sessions are online telehealth, but based on a clients needs and location face to face sessions may be an option.  Individual Therapy will have a combination of person centered, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and other eclectic techniques, evidence based education, and compassion focused therapy. 


Coaching Sessions are more focused on your future goals and are specific to what you are trying to achieve in the future.  These sessions will use more solution focused interventions, specific goals,  and sessions are more short term.
