Text-based therapy is not intended for crisis situations, but it can be a gentle, accessible way to feel supported, understood, and less alone during this season of life.

Motherhood in the first year and beyond can feel overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally exhausting—especially when things don’t look the way you expected.  Giving birth can be an incredible experience, but for many mothers, it can also include unexpected trauma. Birth trauma can happen with emergency interventions, difficult labor, or complications, and the emotional impact can last long after your baby arrives. You may experience flashbacks, anxiety, sadness, difficulty bonding with your baby, or fear around future pregnancies.

Birth Trauma Group Therapy offers an online safe, supportive space where you can share your experiences with other mothers who understand what you’ve been through.

Group sessions combine trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and peer support to help you process your experience, reduce stress, and begin to heal.
